Tuza Assets offers professional property management services to property owners, tenants, and individuals seeking rental properties in Rwanda. Our services include design, construction, property management, marketing, inspections, maintenance, rent collection, tenant relations, and electronic monitoring.
As a property owner, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your property to facilitate effective management. You also authorize Tuza Assets to carry out necessary actions on your behalf, such as coordinating maintenance and collecting rent.
As a tenant, you agree to abide by the terms of your lease agreement and maintain the property in good condition. Tuza Assets reserves the right to take necessary action in case of lease violations or property damage caused by the tenant.
Property owners and tenants shall adhere to agreed-upon payment schedules. Tuza Assets may charge fees for specific services rendered, which will be communicated clearly and transparently.
Tuza Assets values the confidentiality and privacy of our clients. Any personal or financial information shared with us will be handled with the utmost care and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
To ensure the proper maintenance of properties, Tuza Assets will conduct thorough annual technical inspections. Property owners will be provided with detailed reports outlining the condition of their properties.
In the event of any dispute arising from our services, Tuza Assets will strive to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussions. If no resolution is reached, both parties agree to seek mediation or arbitration as a means of resolution.
All content, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and images, displayed on the Tuza Assets website and promotional materials are the intellectual property of Tuza Assets and may not be used without prior written permission.
Tuza Assets reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through our website or other appropriate means.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. Any legal actions arising from these terms will be brought to the competent courts in Rwanda.
